We use the "Dynamics 365 Customer Voice" service (operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is a feedback management application that allows us to easily track our customer metrics. For example, it allows us to quickly capture feedback across multiple channels and create personalized surveys. The insights gained can then be collated and evaluated using the service.
