First phone call

First interview
The first personal conversation should take place in a pleasant and uncomplicated atmosphere. Your interlocutors are mainly interested in your personality, experiences, skills and goals. At the same time, you will be given a deeper insight into the company and the position. After the interview, this is discussed and evaluated internally.
Further talks
If the first conversation was positive for all parties, 1-2 further appointments are usually made. These are used for in-depth discussions and / or trial days. In addition, there is time and space to clarify further open points and questions.
