The IPG Group becomes part of the TIMETOACT GROUP

The TIMETOACT GROUP acquires the majority of the shares of IPG Information Process Group Holding AG, based in Winterthur. Through the acquisition, the competencies for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in the DACH market are combined. Identity Access Management (IAM) is the fundamental prerequisite for IT security and digitalization and will be optimally served by the merger of the two groups.

We are very pleased that the merger with IPG will make us the leading IT service provider for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, both companies will strengthen their position in the market for "Identity driven Security".

We have been observing IPG's strong performance for a long time and are convinced of the high quality of their services. Together with our IAM team, we will create significant added value for our customers and employees.

IPG exclusively integrates and operates Identity & Access Management solutions for all major business sectors and will massively expand its activities in Germany. Even though IPG will remain independent after the merger, in the future we will join forces to drive identity, access and governance solutions in the DACH market. IAM solutions, cloud transformation or managed services in all disciplines will be integrated and operated even more efficiently with the aim of meeting the requirements of digitization in a focused and sustainable manner.
